ROBOTICS PROJECT 1

SIMPLE TO COMPLEX MACHINES

Students will comstruct machines to first gain knowledge and then apply the concept of simple machines.

ROBOTICS PROJECT 2

BUILDING STRUCTURES - BRIDGES

In this project the forces of Tension and Compression are observed and applied while constructing structures of different shapes and categories in the world of bridges.

ROBOTICS PROJECT 3

Using a pre-built Mindstorm NXT robot students will program a robot to accomplish a simple task.

ROBOTICS PROJECT 4

Using the information gained on projects 1, 2, and 3, students will problem solve, create an attachment for the NXT robot, and program the robot to accomplish a challenge.
